Delivery Notes & Important Information

Please note our Free Standard Delivery and Next-Day Delivery services are curb-side. Meaning the courier will deliver the goods outside of the property and will not enter the premises with the goods.

Our delivery options are based on the items currently in your basket. If your order includes made-to-order (MTO) or upholstered products, the fastest available delivery method will reflect the item with the longest lead time.

MTO / Upholstered items: Delivered within 7–20 working days depending on the product.

Installation service: If selected, we’ll contact you after checkout to arrange a suitable delivery and installation date.

Pre-built chairs: Delivered fully assembled; this may add an additional working day.

Minimum Order Quantity: Orders under £30 incur a £5 delivery charge.

Orders with a mix of fast and slower delivery items will be shipped once all items are ready. If you require part of your order sooner, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
