These terms apply when you use officefurniture247.co.uk and when you buy from us. Please read them before you place an order. They explain who we are, how we sell and deliver our products, how you and we can change or end the contract, what to do if something goes wrong, and other important information.
Please save or print a copy of these terms when you order, so you have a record of what applied to your order.
officefurniture247.co.uk is run by Victory Commercial Interiors Ltd, trading as Office Furniture 24/7.
Victory Commercial Interiors Ltd was called Victory Workspace Consultants Ltd until September 2024.
"We", "us" and "our" mean Victory Commercial Interiors Ltd. "You" means the person or business using our website or placing an order.
Our online shop runs on the Orbit Commerce platform. Our products are supplied and delivered by our supplier, a UK office furniture distributor. Your contract is with Victory Commercial Interiors Ltd.
Our sister business, Victory Commercial Interiors (vc-interiors.co.uk), offers office design, fit-out, refurbishment, space planning and move management. Those services are quoted and agreed separately, and these terms do not apply to them.
We sell to consumers and to businesses, and the law gives them different rights. These terms are in three parts:
If you tell us you are buying for a business, or you give us a business VAT number, we will treat you as a business customer. Where Part B or Part C differs from Part A, the part that applies to you takes priority.
You must be 18 or over to place an order.
When you use our website you must not:
We may suspend or end your use of the website if you break these rules.
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
You can create an account to see your order history and save your delivery addresses.
Please keep your password safe. Choose a strong password, do not use it on other websites, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Please keep your account details, including your email address and delivery address, accurate and up to date so that we can fulfil your orders and contact you.
All prices are in pounds sterling.
You can view prices including or excluding VAT using the VAT switch on our website. Whichever view you choose, the checkout shows the VAT and the total you will pay, including VAT, before you pay.
Delivery, pre-build and installation charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how delivery works and when it is free.
Our prices can change at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be shown at the wrong price or with the wrong description. If we find an error affecting your order and the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not supply you at the wrong price without telling you first.
We sometimes run promotions and offer discount codes, including 10% off your first order when you sign up to our newsletter.
Payment is taken in full when you complete checkout. Payments are made through Orbit Payments and processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
You can pay by card, and by Apple Pay or Google Pay where they are offered. The checkout shows the payment methods available for your order.
If your payment cannot be authorised or verified, we may cancel your order and refund anything we have taken.
Placing an order on our website is an offer to buy. It is not yet a contract.
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man only. Our delivery options, charges, timescales and access requirements are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Standard deliveries are made to your main access point at ground level, or to the kerbside, unless you have booked an installation service.
Your rights to cancel an order and return goods are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. The rules are different for consumers and business customers.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, fire, flood, industrial action, failure of transport networks, failure of a supplier, or acts of government.
If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as we can. If the delay is substantial, either of us may end the contract, and we will refund you for anything not supplied.
The content of this website, including its text, images, layout, and our name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.
Manufacturer brand names and product images belong to their owners and are used to describe the products we sell.
Our website may link to other websites, or give you access to tools provided by other companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Please read their own terms and policies before you use them. Any questions about a third party's products or services should go to that third party.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, we may use them freely without owing you anything. You are responsible for anything you send or post to us. It must not be unlawful, offensive or misleading, or infringe anyone else's rights, and we may remove anything that is.
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies.
If you are unhappy with anything, please email sales@officefurniture247.co.uk with "Complaint" in the subject line, or call us on 020 3105 2646, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You can also use our contact page.

We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. Updated terms for using the website apply from the date we publish them on this page.
The terms that apply to an order are the ones published here when you placed it. Later changes do not apply to orders already placed, unless the law requires them to.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law where you live.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. In particular:
You can find out more about your rights from Citizens Advice.
The goods are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to you, or to someone you have asked us to deliver to, at the address you gave us. They become yours once we have received payment in full.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was obvious it would happen, or if both of us knew it might happen when the contract was made.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:
If you buy as a consumer but use the products for a business purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
You may end the contract before delivery if we tell you about an error in the price or description and you do not want to go ahead, if there is a risk that delivery will be significantly delayed by events outside our control, or if we have seriously broken the contract.
We may end the contract if you do not, within a reasonable time, let us deliver the goods or give access for an installation you have booked. If we do, we will refund the price you paid, less our reasonable costs caused by your failure.
This part applies if you are buying in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession. The consumer rights in Part B, including the 14-day right to cancel, do not apply to you.
You confirm that you have authority to place the order on behalf of your business.
These terms apply instead of any other terms you try to impose or include, including anything printed on your purchase order or in your own conditions of purchase.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you when we have received payment in full.
Delivery dates for business orders are estimates. Time of delivery is not of the essence unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
You must inspect the goods on delivery and tell us in writing about any shortage, damage or obvious defect within 7 days of delivery. If you do not, the goods will be treated as accepted.
You must provide safe, clear and reasonable access for delivery and for any installation you have booked, and give us accurate details about the site, including the floor level and whether there is a usable goods lift. If delivery or installation cannot be completed, or has to be repeated, because the details were wrong or the site was not ready, we may charge you our reasonable costs.
Business cancellations and returns are covered in Part 2 of our Returns and Refunds Policy. In summary, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering if the order has not been dispatched, returns must be authorised and requested within 14 days of delivery, goods must be unused and in their original packaging, and made-to-order and sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
We warrant that on delivery the goods will match their description in all material respects and be free from material defects in materials and workmanship.
Any manufacturer's guarantee that applies to a product is in addition to this warranty. This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow assembly or care instructions, or alteration or repair without our approval.
If you make a valid claim under this warranty, we will repair or replace the goods, or refund the price, at our choice. This is our only liability for goods that do not meet this warranty.
This clause limits our liability to business customers. Please read it carefully.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that:
You will compensate us for any claim made against us by a third party, and for our reasonable costs of dealing with it, where the claim arises from your breach of these terms or of the law.
We may end the contract immediately by telling you in writing if you fail to pay any amount when due, if you seriously break the contract and do not put it right within 14 days of being asked, or if you become insolvent, enter administration or liquidation, or stop trading.
These terms, together with our Shipping and Delivery Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy, are the whole agreement between us about your order. You have not relied on any statement that is not set out in them.
